Saying Goodbye

My father had to have my dog Lucky a.k.a. Laquita put down today. She was a West Highland Terrier. She would have been 15 on June 19th. She was Mia's (my teacup chihuahua) only friend. I am just wondering how Mia will adjust to not having Lucky around. It really sucks. The end to a perfect weekend I guess? I will miss her.

Vacation All I Ever Wanted

I am ready for my vacation to Seattle/Tacoma, Washington. This morning as I was driving to work I got butterflies thinking about heading out ot the west coast. I am nervous about flying again though. The first time I had ever flown was to Hawaii. Talk about taking a leap. It was a ten hour flight. Plus, knowing that I had a friend with me made me a little more comfortable. This time I will be flying alone. So, if the plane should happen to go down I wish everyone the best. See I am so paranoid. But, that is one of the risks you take when you fly somewhere.

I went to Adam's bachelor party this weekend. Rick, Adam's brother had a party at his house. There was a bonfire and what not. I was good until I got a really bad headache. And, when I say bad I mean I had to lay down and take a nap and three Excedrin. So that sort of put a damper on my time at the party. I only had two drinks the whole night. Not, that I like to drink anymore. But, it would have been nice to catch a buzz. All in all it was a good time for Adam and that is all that matters. I did however, get to put shaving cream all over Rick when he passed out. It was in his hair and goatee. Then I decided that he needed a shaving cream penis. Another guy drew a really big smiley face on his shirt. Found out this morning that he is pissed about it. But, that is the price you pay for being the first one to pass out at a party. And, I could have antiqued him. I think that would have been worse.

Well, I guess it is time that I get to work. Hope all is well with everyone. And Paul, aka No Milk I would gladly let you eat me...you are too sexy to turn down.

Lately

I have not been up to much. About a week ago Erin, Andy and Ella came in from Tacoma to visit. It was a good time. Seeing the baby (Ella) for the first time was a treat. She is so so funny. I bought her four outfits from mom, dad, and myself.

While Erin was in New York for Andy's cousin's wedding I went to Baltimore for the weekend. It was my grandfather's 80th birthday and we had a surprise party for him. All went well at the party.

I have started talking to Cheri again. We went out to dinner on Saturday to the Outback and then went to Deer Park Saturday night. It was okay at the bar but, I really think that I am done with all of the partying and drinking stuff. I am becoming an old 24 year old.

I am headed to Tacoma in June. I already have my ticket being mailed to me and have paid for it. I am very excited to go out to Washington to see Erin even though it will have only been a month since I last saw her. I really want to go to the fisherman's pier in Seattle. And, since I will be out there for my 25th birthday I'm sure it will happen.

Other than that everything is the same old. The only thing that has changed is my skin color. I experimented with sunless tanning bullshit and now I look like a cheesy puff. Except some of the cheese has been licked off and there are still white places.

I think I'll stick with the sun from now on.

Hope all is well with everyone.
